or buying property either from you before the auction or during the auction.
Also, we do not believe in selling an item quicker to a "friend" or a "dealer"
to aid our relationship with a potential buyer. We are working for
YOU. We work strictly on a commission basis. Simply put, the
higher price achieved on the auction, the more money in your pocket and
the higher our commission check will be.
SECOND WE FOCUS ON THE
BUYER:
An auction, professionally conducted
in an orderly, timely fashion is sold at a fairly high rate of speed.
The following are several ways we accomplish this.
Multiple auctioneers selling at the
same time, as long as they are selling different products to different
clientele.
Professional pre-auction arrangement,
assigned lot number, and a numbered sale order printed and distributed
to the bidders. The sale order will detail a specific time that a
particular group of merchandise will be sold.
We employ professional auction staff
familiar with the product, adept at their job, and able to carry their
job out efficiently.
Professional Bid Callers and Ring
Men who are clear, concise, and knowledgeable about the product they are
selling.
Computerized clerking and cashiering
services offering quick registration and a prompt and accurate settlement
throughout the auction.
TIME IS VALUABLE:
Everybody's time is getting to be
extremely valuable. We will operate each auction that we manage in
the most efficient manner possible. This will allow the buyer to attend,
spend their money, and move back to taking care of their own business as
quickly as possible. At the same time, the seller will still obtain
the highest return dollar for their product. |
